The Site provides information about our commercial binding and finishing services and lets you contact us or request a quote. It is not an online store, and you cannot place or pay for an order through the Site.

4. QUOTE REQUESTS AND ORDERS

Submitting a quote request or contact form does not create a contract, and it does not obligate you or The Bindery to do business together. Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us. It may change if the materials, specifications, quantities, or schedule change. A job is accepted only through our written quote or order confirmation, and each job is governed by the terms of sale that apply to that quote or order. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the job terms control for that job.

5. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to The Bindery and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business use in evaluating our services. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Site content for any other purpose without our written permission. "The Bindery" and our logos are our trademarks, and you may not use them without our permission.

6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. GENERAL

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and The Bindery regarding your use of the Site.
