Our newest line is a 2022 Allegro with automated quick-setup. That means less downtime
between jobs, faster turnarounds, and more flexibility when schedules get tight.
Precision and Efficiency Built In
Signature recognition on every gathering machine
Our gathering lines use optical signature recognition to verify
every section is present and in the correct sequence. Missing
signatures get caught before they hit the binder.
Signature log feeding for high-volume efficiency
For large runs with bundled signature logs, our log feeders
and clamp system feed entire logs of signatures directly
into the gathering line.
Adhesive and Binding options
All three lines run PUR, EVA and layflat binding. Whether you need the durability of PUR for
manuals that see heavy use, the economy of EVA for catalogs, or layflat for cookbooks and
training materials that need to stay open - we match the adhesive to the application.
Short Run PUR Perfect Binding
From 1 copy to 1,000. PUR adhesive for maximum durability.
Not every perfect binding job is a 50,000-piece run. for short runs, prototypes,
and quick-turn projects, our Horizon BQ-270 with PUR adhesive delivers the
same professional finish as high-volume work-just at a smaller scale.

PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) glue creates a stronger, more flexible bond than
standard EVA, making it ideal for coated stocks, heavy cover weights, and
books that need to hold up to heavy use.
