A fast and economical way to produce a book. Not only is The Bindery able to make perfect bound books look attractive, we are able to insure excellent quality with the inner sheets with our automatic signature recognition that ensures proper collating.
  •    Maximum book thickness: 1-1/2”
  •    Minimum book thickness: 1/8”
  •    Maximum binding edge: 12”
  •    Minimum binding edge: 5-3/8”
  •    Inline 3 knife and stacker

  •    Inline 4-knife for gathering signatures for mechanical        binding or for loose-leaf assembly

Perfect Binding Tips
  •     Heavier stock text sheets are not recommended
  •     The grain of the text should run parallel with the spine
  •     Minimum head, foot and face trim: 1/8”
  •     Maximum head, foot and face trim: 1-9/16”
  •     Maximum grind: 1/8”
